I am a Western Australian author who writes to see past stereotypes and convey the power of humanity in all of its incredible variety. This is because I love creating outlandish characters and putting them in bizarre situations to see what happens. It is part of my joy of storytelling. In addition, it often lets me embrace social issues from a new and humorous perspective.
I am always eager to expand my community of readers and writers. I have been working on writing stories for over twenty years and have joined writing groups and book clubs. I love reading fiction, but I now listen to audiobooks due to my failing eyesight.
When I retired from the mental health field in 2017., I concentrated on my writing. I have written fiction for over twenty years and gained much help and inspiration from writing groups and book clubs. I also read many books, now using audiobooks due to my failing eyesight.
